What is an item?

An item is the page a QR code opens: it holds the information you want to show (text, images, links or a contact form). Each QR code is linked to one item.

Can I add a logo to the QR code?

Yes. You can place a logo in the center of the code. The code is regenerated automatically so it still works when scanned, and you can download it as PNG or SVG.

What's the difference between the Free and paid plans?

The Free plan includes 2 dynamic QR codes and a basic scan counter. The Individual plan adds unlimited dynamic QR codes, contact capture and full analytics.

How do I cancel my subscription?

From 'My plan' → 'Manage subscription'. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for; you keep the plan and its features until then.

Do you store data about who scans the code?

No cookies and no visitor IP addresses are stored. Analytics are aggregated and privacy-friendly: they show how many scans there were, not who made them.
