Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Trazio platform to create and manage dynamic QR codes, pages and contact capture.
Account
Access is via a code sent by email, without a password. The account holder is responsible for the activity on their account.
Plans and payment
The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. The contracted price is kept even if prices change for new sign-ups.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from 'My plan'. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no refund for the current period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or to infringe third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, Trazio is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Relevant changes will be communicated through the platform.
